Manufacturer Warranties on New HVAC Equipment
Most residential HVAC systems we install come with a 10-year parts and compressor warranty direct from the manufacturer. Depending on the equipment brand and model, many systems also include a heat exchanger warranty ranging from 20 years to a lifetime.
We register your equipment with the manufacturer whenever required to ensure you receive full warranty coverage.
Yarbrough & Sons Workmanship Warranty on New Installations
Every new HVAC system installation includes our 1-year workmanship warranty, which covers our labor and installation service. This warranty ensures that if any issue arises from our installation within the first year, we will make it right at no additional cost.
If you want extended protection, you can choose to upgrade your labor warranty to a 5-year or 10-year labor warranty at the time of installation. This upgrade gives you added peace of mind by covering labor costs for qualified warranty repairs for years to come.
Service and Repair Warranty
For service repairs on both HVAC and plumbing systems, we offer a 90-day workmanship warranty. This means if a repair we complete fails within 90 days due to workmanship, we will return to fix it at no cost to you.
