The other morning the boss man and I were sitting around talking about this being our 30th year in business, and just how nuts that was. That then rabbit trailed to the topic of years of experience. We sat around with a calculator, and a sheet that told us how long each person had been with us, and how long they had been working in the HVAC field. After about ten or so minutes, we came up with the number 412 years, give or take a year or two. All that being said, with 400+ years under our collective belts, the boss man says “If you’ve got problems we cant solve… then you’ve got BIG problems.”
